Problem Solving for Better Health (PSBH)
Guidelines for PSBH Project Presentation
Students are requested to adhere to the following guidelines:
1.
All the groups should present the
results.
2. Presentation should be done as a POSTER* prepared in Power Point slide Template that will be made available to
you on the PSG PSBH Blog is also attached (Click
here to access the POSTER presentation template in PowerPoint; image of template pasted below for ready reference). Students have to
project their poster through this single PowerPoint slide. Do NOT print the
poster. Groups are welcome to include action photographs in the poster,
depending upon availability of space. Since space is a premium, you need to
prioritise and include only important/ critical information as bulleted points

Avoid sections devoted to
acknowledgements, guide’s name, etc. Do
NOT mention guide’s name during presentation.
4.
Time allotted for presentation per
group is four minutes
(followed by two minutes for questions by the evaluators).
5.
Evaluation
criteria: During
presentation, the groups will be evaluated for:
a.
Clarity
in communicating Introduction in context & rationale (5
marks)
b. FINER / Good Research Question (5
marks)
c.
Completeness
(2) & Clarity (3) in Methodology (5 marks)
d. Results vis-Ã -vis Research Question (5
marks)
Limitations rightly identified (2) &
Key References (1)
Maximum Marks: 25
6.
Groups are advised to bring the
complete set of questionnaires and Health Education charts with
them when they
come for presentation and they can showcase them if they feel so.
7. All the groups should send their presentation files by e-mail to the PSBH e-mail ID, psgpsbh@gmail.com at least one working day before the day of presentation. (Please do NOT bring the files in CD or pen drive, as CD drives and USB ports are disabled in all computers). Please do not expect to bring your Lap Top or other devices and connect it to LCD and present it directly from your device.
Please include the following information in the message area of the mail:

i. Full title of the project
ii. Names in full of Group members (in alphabetical order)
iii. Guide's name
Once sent, the files cannot be edited before presentation.
8. All these files will be saved into a single folder in a computer in the department. Students will be presenting by opening their files from this folder. Students should NOT expect to bring a revised version of their presentation file in USB drive or present directly from their own laptop computer on the day of presentation.
9. Student groups are encouraged to bring a blank specimen of their project data collection tool and health education materials used for their project work.
10. During presentation, student groups are expected to bring a note book and pen to note down suggestions, if any, offered by the faculty for revising the presentation. These points must be incorporated into the final report.
